DSO Color Challenge

For the color challenge I wanted to really challenge myself and make a freebie kit.  This is my first kit ever.  To make this kit I took pictures of things around the house..... skirts, blankets, shorts and my walls.  I used some solid colors to make frames, used some of my "papers" and made frames and drew a flower, just for fun.  It can be downloaded here:
All I ask is that if you use this to make a Lay Out {page}, please give me credit and please let me know so I can come check it out.

I used Microsoft PictureIt to create my pages.  The fonts are from there, everything else is mine.  Please leave me a comment if you download, thanks.

DSO Quote Challenge

Credits:  The elements came from the prize for completing the doodle dare.
Microsoft PictureIt is the program used.
These are my great grandparents.

DSO Shape Challenge

This challenge called for car shapes.  I revamped this page I made ages ago {3 years} and I think it turned out pretty good.
All elements are from Microsoft PictureIt Publishing.

DSO Scraplift Challenge

The challenge was to take at least one element from the sample page and use it in your lay-out.  I really liked the filmstrip idea, but I was having a hard time finding the wavy one.  I realized that the author of the challenge had offered one, so I used it best I could.
I think it looks better with a straight filmstrip though.
Background picture is mine all other elements and font are from Microsoft PictureIt Publishing.

DSO Doodle Dares

This page was inspired by the Beverly Clearly book:  Two Times the Fun.  We often read the stories in this book to the twins.  I think Scott was inspired as well.
The page was made using Microsoft PictureIt Publishing.  The scribbled font cane be found here.

DSO Recipe Challenge

This challenge was all about the secret ingredient:  ice cream.  I knew right away what photos I wanted to use.
All elements and fonts are from Microsoft PictureIt Publishing.

DSO Lyric Challenge

All elements for this page are from Microsoft PictureIt Publishing.  The idea was to take the song :  Those Lazy- Hazy- Crazy Days of Summer by Nat King Cole and use them to inspire a page.
